Well, the last couple of days have been very good. I've been (what seems like) all over Texas (weddings, church, and a brother living in a very strange city) and I've been sleeping. Sleeping is good.
Some people have been asking me when/how I'm going to attempt to connect with supporters ... and I don't really have a great idea yet.

Thank you all for reading this and praying for me. I love you guys, and I hope I'll get to see you soon.

Israel and I cooked beef stew and whole wheat bread this afternoon ... and it was an excellent supper.
I've about 36 hours remaining of my time here in Mexico City. See you guys soon!

I had some guys over this evening for a sort of goodbye party. We sat around and ate pizza like a bunch of single college guys - it was way more fun than I thought a goodbye party could be, and I officially said adios to some good friends. Just a few more days in country.

Israel and I played racquetball again today. We ate lunch, and I went to bible study. All said and done, I shouldn't be exhausted. But I am.
I'm thinking about inviting people over for a goodbye party, but I'm not sure I'm up for that.
Pray that I'll finish well.

Definitely the clearest day I've witnessed in Mexico City to date. Thought you guys might like to see the view from my roof. Note the volcano just left of center on the horizon. Most days we can't see it. And I'm not sure I've ever seen the mountains on the horizon in this one, but it's off to the north, where the city just goes and goes and goes. Woke feeling really strange today - like there's something huge coming up that I'm not ready for. Feels a lot like my O-chem exam is tomorrow morning and I've still got four chapters to learn.
I'm not entirely sure why.
I've got nine full days left in Mexico, not counting today, and I've no idea what I want to do with them, except that I don't want to waste any of it.
I hung out with one of the Mexican national staff for lunch (and several hours of Wii) today, but didn't do much else except try to figure out what I'm worked up over.
So you guys can pray for that.
