New Rule:
Maintain a 2:1 egg:chorizo ratio.

Food today has been fun - I cooked eggs with beans and cheese and threw them on a bun for breakfast. I packed a very similar lunch to carry to our all-staff, bilingual, multi-hour meeting. For dinner I attempted eggs and chorizo with beans and cheese, but in an effort to save eggs for breakfast, trespassed a proper egg:chorizo ratio and, well, there's still some left if you want it.
Last night my attitude was definitely in a very bad way - I was grumpy and exhausted and pretty upset with my leadership for not having worked out an apartment for us yet. As I went to bed, I asked God to give me a good attitude, and he did. Today could easily have been extremely frustrating, but God enabled me to accept the minor hardship of being in temporary housing as part of his traing and a means to ultimately shape my life for some good. Thanks for all of your prayers.
Right now, we're on the hunt for an apartment. The one our stuff is in "didn't work out" and so tomorrow, we're going to relocate it, hopefully to an apartment right down the street, prepared by the divine intervention of an almighty God into a finite universe. Do pray for an apartment (and if you want to get really fancy, pray for hot water, closeness to the girl's apartments, and a roof that doesn't leak).
Also continue to pray for our health (old rule: don't eat lettuce in Mexico ... not even a little). Ask God to give our bodies strength and health to do his work well.
