hurting

So my back has been acting up and for the past several mornings I've been waking to an ache instead of my alarm. While I'm moving around in the day I feel okay physically, but it's clear my sleep hasn't been as good as it needs to be. Please pray that God would give me discernment to figure out what's getting me and fix it. Thanks and Gig'em.
