I took another run at pancakes tonight for my roommates and some of the long-term girls. We had a lot of fun sitting around eating banana pancakes with mangoes, papaya, and pineapple. I tried my hand at Sangria, too, and it turned out pretty tasty.
I've taken up reading, too. I'm officially hooked on the Harry Potter series (only ten years late), buy I've taken a break to read a book about rabbits. I think my literary tastes have regressed considerably.
Praise God for good stories, friends to eat pancakes with, and a few days off back to back.

Pray that God would use us to enable Mexican college students to 1) center their lives around the gospel and 2) raise up the next generation of Mexicans to be laborers for the gospel.

please take careful notes on all of the food preparation done in Mexico, because in the case that I don't marry a mexican woman, you will be the next best thing. happy easter :o)
