Went to bible study this evening. Our leader talks really fast in Spanish, but praise God that he's given me the skills to be able to keep up.
My skills aren't quite so awesome that I didn't misread some of the questions in the booklet, however. You know that awkward pause in bible study when someone gives an absolutely irrelevant answer (poorly communicated, too) and everyone sorta freezes to see how the leader is going to respond? I got a few. They were fun.
The Tec kids got into a pretty serious discussion about the degree to which the corporate body of students (involved in the group) should be involved in "outreach" activities. They didn't ask my advice, which I thought was particularly cool. Please pray that God will keep leading and challenging them as they learn to pursue him.
