Church was really refreshing today, but I had a really hard time staying focused spending time in the bible when nobody was talking to keep me entertained.
One of our friends came over to fix us dinner tonight ... we ate tamales and drank limeade, and it was fun.
Interesting cultural note: When a Mexican girl can cook well, people say that she's "ready to marry." I'm going to miss this very food-centered culture.
Keep praying that we'll maintain/seek community well over the next couple of weeks, and that we'll finish out this year well, too.

Pray that God would use us to enable Mexican college students to 1) center their lives around the gospel and 2) raise up the next generation of Mexicans to be laborers for the gospel.
