I woke this morning to see snow on the ground, rain falling, and the sun turning the clouds to pink and orange. Copper Mountain is a very strange place, I think.
I feel like I'm on an adventure - it didn't feel quite right to shower this morning because I felt like I should just splash some water on my face, throw on a jacket, and eat breakfas as I hiked through the pre-dawn woods. We're mainly going to be in class, in prayer, and getting to know each other today. Adventurous? Sure, but I don't get a whole lot of man points - and I smell better.
We've started thinking (with the guidance of some more experienced folks) about how to best assimilate into a new culture. This is going to be a lot of fun.

Are you kidding? Lots of man points! You are becoming the man God intended you to be. Those are the real points.
