Sat in the trees on the side of the mountain to read some in the Psalms this morning. Wonderful. Cool breeze, warm sun, the smell of pines, or firs, or whatever it is that grows up here - they smell good. There are 350 (mostly recently graduated) people here who are going to be spending the next year abroad telling people about Jesus Christ. It's pretty neat that everyone around me will be doing the same thing I am (more or less), and it feels pretty good to kknow that they have a lot of the same hesitations I do. We're all eager to go.
Two people on my team are still short on support - so you can be praying that, over the course of this week, God will fill in all of the financial gaps for out team. The way Campus Crusade works, if you're not at 100% of financial needs filled, you don't get on the plane. We would really like to head out of here as a team.
