hectic

When I woke this morning I remembered that I need to get a physician to check me out before I head to Mexico, and in the process of finding out what I needed to get checked, discovered that I'm missing some of my shot records, which made my morning a little frantic. Suddenly it seemed like I've got lots and lots of stuff that needs to get done right now. A delicious lunch and losing a couple of games of punts to my grandmother helped put me back in a right mindset (hi Grandmother!)
This weekend I'm headed to Dallas to help some friends celebrate their engagement by eating their food and swimming in their pool. On the way home, I'm going to get to see Philip, who just returned from 'East Asia.' He lives in Waco, and having him just down the hall is going to be one thing that I'm really going to miss about living on campus. Over the past couple of years Philip has been teaching me how to love God through song and has showed me how to love my friends. He's pretty cool.
